Our Guarantee

You can rest assured that your home will be fully protected by Callen during your renovation and that we guarantee your investment in your new kitchen, bath or other interior remodeling project with our five-year Total Owner Protection Plan.

Insurance protection

The Callen Design Group provides full insurance protection including property damage, workman’s compensation, and public liability. We are licensed and bonded (City of Milwaukee requirement) and a State of Wisconsin Certified Contractor. We provide insurance certificates.

Five-year total owner protection

Callen Construction warrants workmanship for five (5) years after the date of completion and will remedy defects in workmanship without charge to the Purchaser.*

Callen Construction warrants the material is as specified and will transfer to the Purchaser all manufacturer’s written warranties.

All subsequent service needed to care for the products installed on your job can be directed to Callen at the address below or by calling the company. We reserve the right to direct service to manufacturer representatives where necessary.
