Fiberglass siding

The product’s main ingredient is sand, an abundant natural material. Fiberglass has low embodied energy, that is, “the total energy required to produce a product from the raw materials stage through delivery.” Fiberglass has about 80 percent less embodied energy than aluminum and 39 percent less than vinyl.

Tecton Products is the only fiberglass pultrusion company that is in full compliance with the 1990 Clean Air Act. We destroy 97% of volatile organic compounds generated during manufacturing.

Energy-Efficient Windows
