CALLEN CONSTRUCTION, INC. warrants workmanship for five (5) years after the date of completion and will remedy defects in workmanship without charge to the Purchaser.*

All subsequent service needed to care for the products installed on your job can be directed to CALLEN CONSTRUCTION, INC. at the address below or by calling the company. CALLEN CONSTRUCTION, INC. reserves the right to direct service to manufacturer representatives where necessary.

CALLEN CONSTRUCTION, INC. warrants the material is as specified and will transfer to the Purchaser all manufacturer’s written warranties.
