HEATHER BRANNAN – Callen, which is known for being the highest quality remodeler in our area, was not hiring when I sought them out for employment. However, I knew I wanted to become a part of the Callen team because of all the wonderful things I heard about the company from NARI members, customers, and even competitors. Callen encourages it’s employees in many ways. Personally, Callen has supported my desire to continue my education and receive additional certifications. I have also been given opportunities to be a guest on the WISN-AM Remodeling Show, participate in NARI and MBA home improvement shows, and submit projects for awards, which have all helped me to grow and advance in my career. Callen is by far the most organized and detailed company I’ve ever worked for, which results in projects staying on schedule and going smoothly. I’ve been given the opportunity to design some of the most functional, innovative, and beautiful projects of my career. I love working for Callen because of the service and dedication our entire team provides to our customers. I’m proud to be part of a group that emphasizes customer satisfaction.
DEREK HARCUS- I’ve been a part of the Callen Construction production team for 10 years. Callen has given me the opportunity to excel and progress in my career. With hard work and dedication, I have moved from the field into a project manager position. This is all thanks to the way Callen supports its employees!
NATHAN HOLEWINSKI – I have worked for Callen for two years and I absolutely love it here. There are great people to work with and Callen shows a lot of appreciation for its employees with company outing and bonuses. I came into the company with little experience and the other employees have shown me a lot, walking me through projects step by step. PAULETTE SODEMANN- Having been with Callen for 15 years, I still get excited talking to new clients about their projects. I also love when I get to work with a past client on a new renovation in their home. Working for a family company has helped with creating a work-life balance for me and my family.
STEVE TURZINSKI- I have been working at Callen for 21 years, having started as a carpenter helper. Through the years, Callen has given me the opportunity to grow in my career and as a person. I am now the Production Department Manager and am thankful every day I chose Callen to be my employer of choice.
