A question we get sometimes – and it’s a good one – is ‘why should I choose Callen to be my contractor?’ There are several reasons, but one of the most important is that Callen is highly reputable. We may tell you that a bay window behind the kitchen sink would be a more attractive option than your casement. Or maybe an awning might provide more function for the space. We’ll advise on the different types of material available and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We will usually give you a quote on the spot, but we never pressure you to sign a contract. If you need some time to think it over, you’ve got it. We’re always available to answer questions. We want your business, but we will not browbeat you to get it.

Warranty: All of our customers receive Callen’s Total Owner Protection (TOP) program, which is over and above a manufacturer’s warranty. Callen’s lifetime TOP program means that if your product fails to perform due to improper installation, Callen will fix the problem for free.
