Fall is a wonderful time of year. I love the overall vibe of autumn – football, Halloween, beautiful colors on trees, pumpkin spice … it’s all around us.
I’m not a fan of haunted houses, but I love Trick or Treat and seeing the kids in the neighborhood dress up in their costumes.
But do you know what is spooky? Winter! I’m not a fan. Though I was born and raised in Wisconsin, the older I get, the wonder of a recent snowfall (outside of Christmas Eve) is absent for me. The bitter cold and icy roads don’t excite me. I’d rather experience 65 degrees and sunny on a fall day.
